Registering and logging into the app

To access the walkaround checks, you must be registered to use the Vision App. To register for the app, download it from the Play/App store (Android/IOS) and register with the following details:

• Username (your email address)
• Password (create your own password)
• Activation code (supplied by your manager)
• Licence number (to identify your data on the system)

Once registered add in your username and password and select the “Check” icon highlighted below:

Then select Asset Check

Add in the registration of the vehicle you are using:

Select the vehicle and then select the Walkaround Check you will be using:

Begin by following the instructions and answering each question. Where you find defects, you will need to add an explanation and a photograph of the issue:

If you want to add more defects you can select “Add new defect” otherwise select “Save defect” and select “Next” to move on:

You may come across questions that will not allow you to progress until you take a picture: Answer the question and then take a picture of the vehicle to progress to the next question:

Continue answering all questions until you reach the end and then select “Complete”. Add your odometer readings and sign off your check. If possible, upload it the results straight away:

Any defects found will create an alert in Vision and an email may also be sent to your manager.
