We have carried out a release to Vision which includes several exciting updates and new features.
Vision Check
Vision Check is now available. This additional feature will replace our Walkaround Checks and much more. It offers users:
- Standard Walkaround Checks for LCV, HGV, PSV and Cars created by Logistics UK’s engineers.
- The ability to edit and bespoke standard templates.
- Functionality to create templates from scratch.
- Create Checks for Location or depot reviews.
- Create Check templates for assets other than vehicles.
- Assign checks to drivers and other Vision users in the new Vision App
Reports created via the templates will be accessed through Vision via alerts or emails. Guides on the template builder can be found here ,on Reporting can be found here, and the app click here

New Vision App
Our new look app is now available as an automatic update to existing users. The app benefits from:
- Working Time and Calendar view
- Screen sign off for debriefs
- Access to Checks where the feature is enabled
- Access to Licence Check declaration if taken
- Profile settings including the ability to upload the drivers image
- Microtraining Storage
In addition, any user of Vision can now download the app and sign in using their Vision username and password allowing them to access Check Templates when required:

Updates to Vision Debrief
Enhancements to the Vision Debrief tool will be delivered along with the release of the new Vision App.
Changes will allow removal of the option to debrief all infringements and will also introduce the ability to add a signature via email, Vision App or on screen. For more information click here
