As expected, Class I railroad carriers Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) and CN respectively locked out its employees that are represented by the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) at 12:01 AM ET today. TCRC represents nearly 10,000 workers at CN and CPKC.
Norfolk Southern commits more than $200M into Alabama-based 3B Corridor

The company said it will invest more than $200 Million into the 3B Corridor, which it said connects markets in northern and central Alabama to the Port of Mobile, as well as global destinations. And it added that this investment helps to position NS to be equipped to handle expected growth across various Southeastern sectors.
