The company has long enjoyed a reputation as one of the most well rounded TMS providers, with a varied customer base comprised of shippers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, freight brokers, and carriers.

One of the most satisfying parts of covering a market over the course of many years is watching technology trends move from theory, to conference chatter, to reality. And while I’ve always been an advocate for the adoption of new technology, I’ll admit that I’ve viewed this progression with a slightly skeptical eye.

The 2018 MHI Annual Industry Report released last week at Modex has many interesting findings from the survey it’s based on, including the adoption rate for Cloud solutions.
