C.H. Robinson expands El Paso operations with 450,000 square-foot facility to meet rising Mexico trade demand

Taking steps to further expand its United States-Mexico border operations and presence, Eden Prairie, Minn.-based global third-party logistics (3PL) services provider and freight forwarder C.H. Robinson said this week it has added more than 450,000 square-feet of warehousing and cross-border docking space in El Paso, Texas, which it said brings the company’s U.S.-Mexico logistics footprint to more than 2 million square-feet.
New JLL report highlights strong Q3 industrial leasing activity

The report, entitled “JLL’s U.S. IND Market Dynamics Q3,” stated that third-quarter leasing volume reached 146.2 million square feet (MSF), marking the highest level of leasing activity since the first quarter of 2024 (and 387.1 MSF year-to-date).

XPO expands U.S.-Mexico cross-border service offerings

Greenwich, Conn.-based national less-than-truckload (LTL) services provider XPO heralded the expansion of its United States-Mexico cross-border service, with a focus on what it called a significant increase in customer nearshoring and changing supply chain needs. The company said its new XPO+ service offers up more capacity, coverage, and technology to its long-standing cross-border routes, driven by growing customer demand, as supply chains move from overseas to production in North America.
