Last call awaits for NextGen Supply Chain Conference speaker abstracts, award submissions

The deadline to submit speaker abstracts or award applications for the 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference is fast approaching.

To accommodate the large interest we have received from those seeking to speak or apply for awards, we are extending the deadline for both speaker abstracts and award submissions one week to allow everyone the chance to be considered. All applications must be submitted by the end of the regular business day on Friday, June 6.

The 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference will be held from Oct. 22-24, 2025, at the W Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

As one of the premier events for senior-level professionals in the supply chain field, this conference brings together leaders who influence domestic and global supply chain operations. The conference is designed to provide Gartner-level content to a highly engaged audience of 250 supply chain executives and decision-makers from a variety of industries, making it an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and insights.

The 2025 NextGen Supply Chain Conference will cover key areas in supply chain management, including:

Third Party Logistics

Food and Beverage/Tobacco

Consumer Packaged Goods

Life Sciences

Speakers from each of these areas will be announced soon. Registration for speaker and award nominations is ongoing (links below).

Each year, the NextGen Supply Chain recognizes companies in the following categories: End Users, Solution Providers, Visionary and Start-Up categories.

Awards in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Robotics are handed out to End Users and Solution Providers.

In 2024, Estee Lauder (AI), Schneider Electric (Digital Transformation) and S&S Activewear (Robotics) were honored with End User awards. Solution Provider winners included Agility Robotics (Robotics), Westfalia (Digital Transformation), AutoScheduler.AI (AI), and Waites (Predictive Analytics). There is no Predictive Analytics category in 2025.

The 2024 Start Up Award winner was Squint, while Walmart was honored with the Visionary Award.

Companies that have presented in past years include: Walmart, Schneider Electric, Procter & Gamble, HP, GM, Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health, Macy’s, Walgreens, Johnson Controls, Carrier, Estee Lauder, IBM, Nordstrom, GAP, Kimberly-Clark, Ferrara Candies, Medline, Honeywell, American Eagle, Pandora, Vodafone, DHL Supply Chain, Walgreens Boot Alliance, Southern Wine & Spirits, and many others.

In addition to the conference itself, the W Hotel is extending the special conference hotel rate for attendees to cover the three days prior to the beginning of the conference and the three days following the conference (subject to room availability). So for those that wish to explore all that Nashville has to offer, it is a great opportunity to attend a premier supply chain conference and then experience one of America’s great cities.
