Stord announces acquisition of UPS subsidiary, Ware2Go

Atlanta-based Stord, provider of high-volume fulfillment services and e-commerce technology for leading brands, announced today it has completed its acquisition of Atlanta-based Ware2Go, a UPS subsidiary comprised of a nationwide network of certified warehouses and technology to streamline fulfillment across sales channels, and a flexible business model that eliminates long-term contracts and order minimums.
Kenco strengthens North American logistics reach through strategic purchase of Canadian 3PL Drexel Industries

Along with acquiring Drexel’s 3PL business, Kenco said this acquisition also includes Drexel’s four London, Ontario-area physical locations—which are equidistant from Toronto, Detroit, and Buffalo and operate as multi-client distribution spaces in a campus-like environment, and enable Drexel’s resource sharing and more flexible operations, coupled with 100 Drexel associates becoming Kenco employees.

Hub Group announces acquisition of TAGG Logistics

Established in 2006, TAGG Logistics has more than 4 million square-feet (SF) of warehousing space throughout the U.S., which Hub officials said allow for best-in-class and responsive e-commerce and B2B fulfillment capabilities. TAGG is on track to generate approximately $200 million of annual revenue in 2022. The company has approximately 800 employees at its 18 facilities.
Capital Express and ADL Delivery partner up for final mile delivery platform initiative

Earlier this week, two regional final mile delivery service providers—Capital Express, an Omaha-based final mile delivery company, and ADL Delivery, a Tampa-based final mile delivery company—announced they have partnered up to form a holding company, or platform, focused on building a national provider of customized and final mile logistics services.
