project44 rolls out AI tool focused on helping companies Improve supply chain decisions

Chicago-based supply chain visibility services provider project44 has launched a new tool called Decision Intelligence, a major update to its Movement platform that goes beyond tracking shipments. The idea is to help businesses not just see where things are, but actually decide what to do when something goes wrong—or better yet, before it does.

The company says the tool can connect to systems like SAP and Oracle, then use artificial intelligence to spot delays, suggest fixes, and even carry them out automatically.

“AI that doesn’t lead to action is just another dashboard,” said Jett McCandless, Founder and CEO of project44. “With Decision Intelligence, we’re giving companies the power to make smart decisions automatically—based on real-time data, not guesswork.”
